Website terms
Effective 2026-10-26
About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website, operated by Louis Randy Fasano, doing business as Verlow. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed services agreement; where the two conflict, the agreement controls.
Information on this site
Service descriptions and examples are general information. The workflow examples are illustrative; they are not live integrations, client results or prebuilt products. Nothing on this site guarantees a particular business outcome.
Inquiries, conversations and proposals
Sending an inquiry or booking a conversation does not create a client relationship or commit either side to anything. Work starts only under a signed agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, fees and terms.
Using the site
Please don’t disrupt the site, test it for vulnerabilities without permission, send automated or bulk submissions, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.
Third-party services
Booking and payment links open services run by other companies, such as Stripe. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there. AI models and software platforms used inside client systems are also third-party services, and their usage fees are billed separately unless an agreement says otherwise.
Names, logos and content
The Verlow name, logo and website content may not be reused without permission. Ownership of client deliverables is set out in each services agreement.
Disclaimer
This website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Verlow’s total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Liability for paid services is governed by the services agreement.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
