Who is responsible

This website is operated by Louis Randy Fasano, a sole proprietor doing business as Verlow, in New York. Send privacy questions and requests to louisfasano12@gmail.com.

What this website collects

• Inquiries you choose to send. The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional business name or website, a service interest and your message. The form is not connected yet, so it currently sends nothing.
• Technical request data. Delivering a web page involves your IP address, browser details and the page requested. This website’s own software does not keep request logs. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which keeps its own request logs for a limited period under its privacy policy.
• One functional cookie. After a successful form submission without JavaScript, a verlow_receipt cookie holding a random identifier lets the confirmation page show the result. It expires after 15 minutes and contains none of your details.

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

How information is used

Inquiries are used to reply to you and to discuss possible work. Short-lived, hashed connection counters protect the form from abuse. Inquiry details are not sold and are not added to marketing lists.

Service providers

• Email delivery: none connected; the form is disabled.
• Hosting: Vercel Inc. (United States).
• Booking: not connected.
• Payments: payment links open Stripe-hosted pages, and Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy policy. This website never receives card details.

How long information is kept

This website’s server does not store inquiries. Delivered inquiries are kept in Verlow’s email for 12 months, then deleted unless they become part of a client engagement. Abuse-protection counters are held in memory and expire after ten minutes; duplicate-submission checks expire after fifteen minutes.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete information you sent by writing to louisfasano12@gmail.com. Verlow responds within 30 days and may ask you to confirm that you sent the original message. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and Verlow honors valid requests made under those laws.

Security

Reasonable technical measures protect this site, but no website or email system is perfectly secure. Please don’t send passwords, payment card numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information through the form.

Changes to this policy

Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Effective date: 2026-10-26.
