Content & acceptable use
Effective 2026-10-26
Where this applies
This policy covers content and materials clients provide, and the systems Verlow builds or operates for clients.
Your content
Clients provide lawful content they have the rights and permissions to use, and make truthful claims about their products and services.
Not permitted
- Fraud, impersonation or deceptive practices
- Harassment, threats or discriminatory abuse
- Illegal activity or infringement of others’ rights
- Malicious code or attempts to access systems without permission
- Unsolicited bulk messaging or ignoring opt-outs
- Fake, purchased or manipulated reviews
- Fabricated credentials, case studies, results or product evidence
AI-assisted work
AI features in client systems are built to work from the right information, with human review where facts or consequential actions are involved. AI output is never used to invent facts, credentials, testimonials or evidence.
Messaging and outreach
Systems that send messages respect consent, opt-outs and each channel’s rules. A social-media reaction is not permission to email, call or text someone.
Regulated categories
Work in regulated categories needs lawful claims, the necessary permissions and eligibility with each platform and payment provider. Verlow does not help work around advertising, platform or payment rules.
When work conflicts with this policy
Verlow may decline or pause work that conflicts with this policy. Notice, remediation and any financial handling follow the signed agreement and applicable law. Verlow does not certify a client’s legal compliance.
